The Newpoint approach to competence improvement is based on PSCM transformation based on the principles of robust knowledge transfer and rigorous people and process integration.

For organisations, this PSCM transformation is delivered in two stages. First, value improvement opportunities are identified through our competence assessment service offerings (PSCM® Index). These are delivered through the implementation of the appropriate competence development consulting offerings.

For individuals, value improvement opportunities are identified through our competence assessment service offerings (ICA® Index and Soft Skills). Any skill gaps identified are closed through the adoption of the appropriate advanced learning and in-company training for competence development.
